📦 Orders & Shipping

Do you ship across the UAE? Yes! We offer fast, reliable shipping to all Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

How long does delivery take? Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Once dispatched, you can expect your treasure to arrive within 1–3 business days.

Can I pick up my order in person? Currently, we operate as an online store to keep our prices competitive, but we do offer premium local courier delivery to your doorstep.

Are your products factory sealed? Absolutely. All our Booster Boxes and Cases are 100% authentic, brand new, and factory-sealed. At OPCartel, we have a zero-tolerance policy for tampered or "searched" products.

How do you ship sealed cases? We know the value of a "pristine" case. All sealed cases are shipped inside a secondary protective cardboard box with padding to ensure the original manufacturer’s seal and the outer case remain undamaged during transit.

💸 Payments & Returns

What is your return policy? Due to the nature of the TCG market and the risk of tampering, all sales are final. We only accept returns if the item is damaged upon arrival or if the incorrect product was sent. Please refer to our [Return Policy] page for more details.
